RETURN OF GOODS WHEN PURCHASED IN ONLINE STORE

The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before its receipt, at the time of transfer of the Goods by the courier, having previously notified the sender of this, and after receiving the Goods - within 7 (seven) calendar days when purchasing from an online store.

The package is sent by the courier company SDEK, all shipping costs are covered by the customer. The return of the Goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, factory labels, labels, consumer properties are preserved.

It is not possible to return a used item.

In accordance with clause 4 of Article 26.1, the Consumer has no right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties, i.e. goods that are made to order according to individual parameters (tailoring and correction of clothes)

RETURN OF GOODS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

1. The date of the actual dispatch of the order by the courier must be no later than the 7th day after receiving the goods from the online store.

2. Contact us in the profile @ a.l.m.studio or at +7 (903) 327-00-66 within 7 days after receiving the goods from the online store, giving the order number.

4. Send the parcel by the CDEK transport company by courier to the door at your expense to the address: Russia, Volzhsky, Volgograd region, Naberezhnaya street, 8A, office 8, addressed to Naturina Anastasia Evgenievna, contact phone +7 (903) 327-00 -66, attach a receipt.

5. Provide the track number of the return package in the @ a.l.m.studio profile.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

The processing and approval time for returns is 1-3 business days from the date we receive your return package. After the return is approved, we will transfer the funds to the card or bank account within 1 to 7 banking days.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period for all products is 30 days from the date of sale. The term for elimination of defects under warranty obligations cannot exceed 45 days.

We recommend that you read the care instructions on the product label. In case of violation of the terms of use and care of the product, the seller does not bear any warranty obligations to the Buyer.

The warranty does not cover:

1. Wear during operation.

2. Tears, cuts, abrasions and burn-in of fabric.

3. Pilling.

4. For yellowing, oxidation, rust on the fittings.

5. Other defects associated with violation of the rules of use, care, storage or transportation of the product, actions of third parties or force majeure.

The warranty period for fittings corresponds to the warranty period for the product as a whole. After the end of the warranty period, we are always ready, if possible, to provide the necessary accessories for repair on a paid basis.
