Consent to the processing of personal data

I, the subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Website Visitor”), in accordance with Art. 9 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", I consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as "PDn") by Individual Entrepreneur Mokete Perez Anastasia Evgenievna (TIN 343521111252, registered address: 404118, Volgograd Region, Volzhsky City, ul. 87 Gvardeyskaya 55-64, email: a.l.m.studio@mail.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

The Company processes the personal data of the Website Visitor, including the last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, contact phone number, details of the identity document, registration address, email address, delivery/pickup addresses; order history, data on their fulfillment (including history of order cancellations, product replacements, payment details (including the selected payment method, masked (incomplete) details of the bank card used for payment), details of receipts issued for orders).

Purposes of collecting and processing personal data

The Company processes the personal data of the Website Visitor exclusively for the purposes for which it was provided, including:

∙ identifying the Website Visitor;

∙ registering in the Personal Account;

∙ executing a sales contract;

∙ executing a sales contract;

∙ providing the Website Visitor with information about the Company and the services provided;

∙ familiarizing the Website Visitor with the Company's legal documents, as well as exercising the powers and obligations imposed on the Company by the legislation of the Russian Federation;

∙ Establishing feedback, including sending notifications, requests regarding the provision of services, and processing requests and applications from the Site Visitor;

∙ Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the Site Visitor;

∙ For other purposes with the consent of the Site Visitor.

Upon achieving the processing objectives, as well as upon the occurrence of other grounds stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of processing and protection of personal data, the personal data of Site Visitors will be destroyed.

The Company collects, systematizes, receives, accumulates, stores, updates, modifies, records, extracts, uses, deletes, blocks, destroys, transfers (provides, accesses), with and without the use of automated means funds.

Validity of Consent

Consent is granted for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, or until it is revoked.
